I ordered a Nike Delta SB Force shoe worth rupees ****/- from flipkart. I was out of town and my roommate collected the package on my behalf. After * days when i came back and opened the shoe box i find different Nike shoes other than the one i ordered. So i place a return request on flipkart mentioning the details about the product i received. Flipkart accepted my return request and then rejected the request saying seller has denied the return. Why do you have a return policy when you want to trick your customers with fake products..? I have contacted customer care several times and all they say is sorry. WHAT AM I GONNA DO WITH SORRY???? I have a pair of shoe which is not worth the money..!!!
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
