Extremely disappointed with Flipkart's repeated delays and lack of transparency regarding my order.
I placed an order (OD******************) for Samsung Mobile on October **th with a promised delivery date of ** PM that same day. However, the delivery date was repeatedly changed, first to October **th, then to October **th, and now to October **rd.
This constant back and forth has been extremely frustrating, especially since I formatted my old phone in preparation for an exchange offer. Flipkart's customer service has been unhelpful, providing generic responses and failing to connect me with a senior official who can address my concerns.
I demand a permanent solution to this issue and expect Flipkart to honor its commitments to its customers.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
