I booked tickets travelling from Pune to Bangalore & returning back with SRS Travels on Red Bus. The total cost of the entire trip was Rs.*****. The bus was delayed by *hrs while going to Bangalore & it was * hrs delayed when coming back to Pune. Moreover the staff behaviour was very rude & pathetic. Request you to return me my entire refund money & also blacklist SRS Travels henceforth. Also take strict action against RED Bus for allowing these fraudsters on their website.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
