Oyo - Extra payment of 600 made on the reception

I had a booking yesterday with @oyorooms in Noida sector ** in Townhouse **** Hotel the premier view. The booking amount was *** which is I have to pay during check in but when i was going to check in the reception manager told me that I have to pay **** instead of ***. When Was I talking to one of your customer care executive yesterday then she told me that I can pay that amount during check in and after checkout the extra charged amount will be refunded but now I’m calling your cx executive they are not cooperating with me.
Instead of giving me any resolution they are just disconnecting the call again and again. I would say the worst customer support I have ever seen at @oyorooms . If my money not going to refund then I will see you in Consumer court. My booking id-GXXB****.
