Amrender Prakash filed complaint against Ola Cabs on Feb 13, 2019
I took ola on *th Feb on rent basis. ON the way I gave **** rs to fill the diesel. After completing the ride I again gave the full payment. The driver also took the whole amount without saying anything. Now wfter realising the mistake I called the driver and he aggried to pay via googlepay, but its more than * days and he is not responding to my calls.
Please help. Details attached. I also lodge a complaint to OLA customer care but they are equally irresponsible people.
