I have been charged **** rupees for * tickets which means *** rupees for *ticket and the guy on counter said *** rupees complementary off on each ticket for food items. We said we don't want that and online the rate of ticket is *** rupees. He said it is the charge and we will charge that only. Later we received a bill amount of ***.** rupees.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
