Booked a ride today in Kanpur fare was between ** to **.. started the journey driver took unfamiliar route.. I asked he said traffic jam is there... Took longer route intentionally and when I reached home bill was ***.. this is harrassing as driver started quarrelling you that you have to pay this much as I drove my vehicle and it's the bill.. normal bill was around ** but today I have paid double amount.. it's pathetic.. ola is now playing with customers and I will complain this time to the ministry.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
