I Paid Extra charges on data Booster Pack (Add-Ons) on **-JUN-**** while my internet suddenly stopped working. I called customer care and one lady said that the Jio Fiber has a **** GB Data limit. So I did Recharge of Data pack of ***.* with GST (**** Gb Data booster pack) till my billing cycle to **th July ****.
But, after that I found Jio fiber have **** GB data limit on JIO FIBER PLAN (***mbps)
When bill coming up, Bill showed From ** JUN **** to ** JUN **** I Used Only ****.*** GB DATA.
So, why did the Jio fiber Stopped working and showed me in the My Jio App Data limit was Over on ** JUN ****. And I need to recharge the Data booster pack without touching the DATA limit of **** GB?
I attached My Jio Fiber Bill of this Month and added a screenshot of data usage From ** JUN to ** JUN. (****.*** GB)
And still showed me ***.* Rupee Bill Due till ** July ****.
I paid Extra ***.* (**** GB DATA Pack) Rupee without touching my DATA Limit of **** GB.
I mailed to all of Jio email Id. but they gave auto generated Email. and said don't reply to this email
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
