Multiple tickets (atleast ** in number) raised till date stating that internet is working at * Mbps speed while I am paying for ** Mbps speed. More over I have raised multiple complaints as LCO is charging *** for the pack which is costing ***. Approached customer care multiple times (I have the proofs of all communications).The tickets are closed without solving the issue from last *+ months. I am paying Rs. *** for **Mbps speed, however I am getting only * Mbps speed, this amount also should be refunded.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
