During lockdown I paid my electricity bill for the month of mar and April but it has been again charged in the month of may.
For e. g.
For the month of feb reading is X.
Then for the month of mar and April reading was not collected and some specific amount is charged.
But for month of may reading collected and it showing total reading -X(feb month reading) .
So my concern is the amount which I have paid for the month of mar and April why that amount has not been deducted.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
