Hello,
I have booked * classic room in Sterling Fern Hill hotel at Ooty from ** Jan to ** Jan.
While booking I have selected * adults and * children but got a booking confirmation of * Adults and * children. I haven't selected any extra bed while booking but the invoice sent by Agoda has extra bed charges included of Rs ****.
I contacted Agoda Customer Care to rectify this and refund the extra amount. They amended the number of guest as as * adults and * children and send new invoice with * extra beds but charges are still included in the name of extra bed.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
