Apollo 24 7 Online Pharmacy - Extortion of money Refund not received

I have a failed order at Apollo pharmacy for which a gift card was used.
While the order has failed, the refund was not credited back to me and it has been * weeks.
Customer care representative are only capable of handling the issues as a ticket and there is no SLA for resolving tickets or escalate customer grievances.
Attaching email threads where I have made verbal abuses as well due to non compliance.
I don't want to begin describing how mentally exhausting it was to deal with their customer service. ( I have usually undertaken many conversations with customer care reps of different organisations but none like this)
And they have a lousy way of handling customer requests.
