Gedala prudhvi filed complaint against Samsung on May 12, 2025
The issue is regarding extended warranty which was done by installation agent but i had int got any extended policy updation details. I had ordered samsung washing machine on jan **th **** and installation was done on jan **th at that time ihad paid Rs:****/- for the installation person regarding accessories and extended warranty but i am frequently contacting the installation agent to provide the warranty copy today after three months the person had goven a reply that no extended warranty was done now what i have to do.

Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
