Respected Sir/Madam,
I am writing to lodge a formal complaint against Excitel Broadband Pvt. Ltd., operating in Muradnagar, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh – ******, for their severe service negligence and non-responsiveness.
I had subscribed to Excitel's broadband internet service, and for the past **+ days, the internet connection has been completely non-functional. Despite multiple attempts to contact their customer service via phone, email, and app, no action has been taken and there has been no response whatsoever.

This lack of service and response is causing immense inconvenience and constitutes a violation of consumer rights. I request TRAI to kindly take strict regulatory action against Excitel for:
Failing to maintain service continuity
Ignoring customer complaints
Not refunding or compensating affected customers
