I have ordered a mobile in Flipkart with exchange of my old mobile which was getting used at home. The delivery guy came in the evening by passing all day and just said taking the old mobile in hand that the mobile will fail to pass the checks in just * seconds. I was surprised. He didn't event know how to cross check the mobile and he didn't know even to open the application where the cross checks to be done of my old mobile.
That too he didn't know how to behave with a customer. Absolutely bad bad behaviour. He was in a hurry to reject my mobile exchange and just wanted me to agree on the remaining money to be given and take the new mobile which was ordered.
I planned to take the delivery on Sunday purposefully so that I can setup my new mobile easily and gift to someone. But this worse service of Flipkart gave me bad experience. I will give * out of ** marks. They can't return my day and my planned emotions for this gift.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
