On *th March I purchased LG washing machine on exchange of old machine scheme through LG website.
Till date the third party (Digi*) to whom LG has given the responsibility has not come at all. Their phone numbers are fake, not reachable at all. LG people are not helping at all
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
