I have purchased street mode printed *feet pack of * which was not suitable for my window so I have initiated the exchange as there was *feet size available but in return I have got only * quantity.
However I have contacted meesho customer support and they directly denied they can't help.
There wording was like you should have to exchange just one product ,so I have asked if I am having size issue how could I have only exchanged *produxt then they replied that is your issue they cannot help.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
