**Subject:** Complaint Regarding Failed Exchange of Levi's Jeans – Order Not Delivered
I am writing to raise a concern regarding my recent exchange request for an online order placed via the Myntra app.
**Order Details:**
* **Product:** Levi’s Jeans, Size **
* **Exchange Requested:** Size **
* **Exchange Date:** June **, ****
The delivery executive delivered the exchanged item (Size **) on the afternoon of June **. However, he later returned the same day stating that the exchange couldn't be updated in the system and requested to collect the exchanged product (Size **) back, promising to deliver the correct product the next day once the update is completed. I handed over the product accordingly.
To my surprise, I later noticed that the exchange was marked as **rejected due to a missing price tag**, which is completely incorrect. The price tag and all original labels were intact at the time of handover.
I have been following up through customer care calls since **July ***, and although I was told the exchange has been approved, I have still not received the replacement product as of today.
This experience has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I request you to kindly:
*. Investigate the mishandling of this exchange by the delivery executive.
*. Ensure the replacement product (Levi’s Jeans, Size **) is delivered at the earliest.
*. Keep me informed of the resolution timeline.
I look forward to a prompt resolution. Please treat this matter as urgent.
