I purchased a lehenga from Instagram, she send me a lehenga which was different from the pictures and was of cheap quality, she said that they have exchange policy, no refund.
I agreed and told her to take this lehenga and give me my exchange lehenga which i selected. She said to first courier the old lehenga and than she will send the exchange lehenga. After some arguments i agreed and send her the lehenga she told me to wait for * days but after * days i asked her about the lehenga she blocked me on whatsapp and my number was blocked too. Please help me.
