I made a purchase of NETPLAY Slim Fit Zip-Front Sweatshirt on **th of February,****. It was delivered on **th February,****. The size was to big than expected, so I raised replacement request for smaller size on **th February,****. The replacement has to be done on **th February, ****. The replacement was not done due to technical issues faced by the Delivery agency. The package was returned to the warehouse. They said I well get a refund but till now I didn't got any refund. The time I waited for the package was wasted and I had to pay interest for the amount as I paid for the order by PAYTM Postpaid.

Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
