Tanishq - exchange new platinum

I Sunand Sasmal(Ph-**********-Bill update number) have purchased one platinum finger ring of price ***** on May **** at Jamnagar, Gujurat.But that is small to wear as my finger. So I have gone for exchange on July ****.But was not available as sells man information. Still now not use the same ring.

On **rd Feb **** once again I went for an exchange. But the salesman replied that as per current price you have ***** will be deducted from your actual purchase price Because Now platinum price is less than your purchase time, while weight and quality of ring are the same as purchase time. Not a single time was used.

Also you have to pay once again making *****.But why? As per Tanishq policy platinum price will be the same as purchase time. Also, why do I pay two times for making a charge, if I will exchange the same purchase time quality?

Also the salesman said, " If you exchange within * days, then the charge will not apply to you.

What is this? Kindly help me.Exchange policy is not as good as the Tanishq brand.
