My work demands me to travel around the world, and hence i have taken two numbers, both from Airtel. I had paid an excess of close to **** INR before leaving from India and travelling to US on my official number. Airtel has charged an excess of **** INR, on my personal phone claiming my data pack was on, whereby i havent activated any international raoming pack on my personal number. I have been continuously writing to them with only IVR feedbacks and no calls to address the same.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
