Msedcl - excessive bill

This is a complaint against Mahadiscom regarding my excess electricity bill amount for my flat since past few months. I have a flat at Nalasopara west, Soparagaon and my Consumer number is[protected]. I am not staying at this address as I live in Mahim and I have already informed MSED Co. Ltd office at Nalasopara west about the same multiple times but inspite of this, I receive excess bill every month. This was not the case earlier as I used to get an average bill of Rs.** to ** every month. This has been happening since past few months and everytime I have to travel to Nalasopara Mahavitran Office to get this resolved. But I cant do this every month as I am working and have to take a leave everytime . The reading that I get every month is around ** to ** units as again I am saying, there is no one staying in the flat. But on the bill it is every month excess. I have to everytime remove the photo or video of the meter readings and submit to the office which is again not my job. Kindly resolve it at the earliest so that I will pay the justified amount on time Awaiting your quick and positive action on the subject.
