I had booked ola ride today from Delhi international Airport to Noida Sector **.
Will making the booking the Fare shown was Rs ****.
During our ride the Driver took the long route when we argued,he told he is following the route provided by the app.
The route took around ** minutes more to reach our destination & extra kilometers.
Further at completing the trip the fare was increased to Rs ****.
I had some Rs *** in my wallet which i told driver has been deducted & rest Rs **** i need to pay by cash but driver insisted i need to do the payement of Rs ****.Since i was with my wife & kid and it was around ** midnight i had to do the payment as driver was being very rude.
But this experience was too horrible & this requires & immediate attention & support.
