Mukta Yadav filed complaint against Dell on Jul 20, 2021
After I found screen flickering technical issue ever since i purchased the laptop on ** Jan. **** and then so many trouble shooting sessions were done by dell technical team, lcd also got replaced but the issue persisted.So, the replacement for my dell laptop initiated on ** June ****. According to their policy and process, My laptop was picked up on July *, **** by blue dart team and it reached dell hub on ** July **** as tracked by me.
Then i was told that the options including configuration close to my original laptop(same or higher ) of new laptop will be provided to me.
My original laptop was a touchscreen laptop worth **,*** rs.(invoice price). But the configuration they provided me was the one without touchscreen on ** July ****. So, I denied it and asked them to provide me other touchscreen options. Since then, they have been extremely slow in their process and response and no option has been provided to me yet. I feel cheated as my money & product , both have been taken by Dell and now they are not active in providing proper replacement. This has caused a lot of mental trauma as well loss of my professional work and time. Dell professionals, Kindly resolve the issue and speed up the process and provide me the new product as per the features & configuration of the original product.
This kind of pathetic & cheap service was not expected from such a big name.
