Vodafone Idea - Excess bill amount

This is to raise a concern which i am facing regarding the excess bill amount which is started showing on My Vodafone app off lately.
Bill amount which is being generated on **th June was of Rs ***.** but on another screen outstanding amount is showing as Rs ***.**, which leads to a utter surprise for me. Screenshot shared for reference
I also tried to connect with customer care for this, but didn't get a satisfactory response.
As per them this amount is applied because in Jan i have used one of my mobile number outside family plan for some time.

If amount is pending for January month why they are asking for the money in July.
Secondly they are also not ready to provide me the bill of this amount and forcing me to pay it, why should i pay anything if i didn't get the bill of it, as per Government i can ask for the bill of whatever amount i am paying to anyone.
