I took service of d*h on **th June where I paid Rs. *** towards service charge by cash to engineer. Later on the amount was deducted from the account also.
I raised complaint on ** the June itself vide complaint no ********* but issue remains unresolved.
Today when I called to customer care they are unable to handle this query putting on hold only. One of the representative said that complain was closed saying... It's ok...
Are they thief or a professional
I have not received *** back to my account till date. The engineer Mob no. ********** who attended has block my no.its pure harassment. request you to resolve the issue.
