Dear sir
I purchased a motorola mob thru o line by paying *****/ twenty three thousand rs. Just after one it starts problem as it keeps on restarting. I approached Alwaye survice providor there I waitedb*hrs in their off. After that they r saying they cant repair.They returned the mob by putting rubber band on the body And i approached Ernakulam service centre. They kept * months there then one day they have called me and told rectified. I bought and came to home but knows that it has not relaired. When i have argued they told i have to pay *****/thirteen thousand to rectify. I was arguing with them but of no use. From google i flound out Trichur service provider. They also told i shud pay *****.Then i repodted to the co. From them also i didnt get a positive reply. Then I send a mail by saying consumer protection forum. Then suddenly the called by some foolish arguements and saying they cant free service
I kindly request you to involve tbis matter and do needful
