We had purchased an Aquagaurd (NRICH model) from yourselves on the **th of Aug. Below are the invoice details:

Within a week of installation, this unit started giving electrical problems. I had reached out to the technician who had installed this unit and he had paid multiple visits to ascertain the issue and fix this. During his last visit had brought along the area Quality Head / Manager. They had identified the issue to be with the power inlet and had used insulation tape to tidy up the power line which is from under the unit and had assured us that this will function normally. At that time, I had told them that the unit is faulty and has to be replaced. They again assured me that this fix will work.
Since then, I've had this issue stem up twice just this month alone (Nov). I have * children and a senior citizen at home. Arranging water for them whenever the unit stops working is a tedious task. Moreover, an insulation tape on a new unit DOES NOT look good on my social status as well. As you all are aware, most of us are working from home and this sort of outages cause serious detriment to my work schedule. As a very unhappy and dissatisfied customer, I am writing to you to kindly replace this unit with a new one. I have been raising constant complaints ever since. Now, i this unit is not working and i have been categorically told that the unit will not be replaced as its has been * months. Every time there's conflicting information being told. None of my emails from March and April of **** have been responded to. The customer care reps are saying that they have not received any complaints as well.
