Booking.com - Escalate charges for stay and other serious issues

I am writing this mail to bring to your kind notice about the serious case of non-existence of fire safety protocols at Kodavath Regency. I (** years) along with my wife stayed from March *-* (* nights). We were allotted room G* in -* floor. My observations about Kodavath regency, Kodavath Shopping Complex, Sub Jail Rd, Opposite St.Mary School, Periyar Nagar, Kochi, Kerala ******
*. FIRE SAFETY:
a. The people living in -* floor is a death trap.
b. There is no fire safety protocol with no exit signs in case of fire
c. People staying in -* floor has to take a lift go to ‘*’ floor and then move out. Lift use is strictly prohibited in case of fire. So in case of fire one is stranded. There is a grill gate which is locked mostlly
d. So people of -* floor is literally trapped in case of fire
e. After taking a lift reach floor ‘*’, from here one take a staircase to move out of hotel the way is blocked by a huge gen set. Photo enclosed here with
f. Narrowing of path can lead to stampede.
*. LIFT
a. True there is a lift connecting each floor. When one has to go out by taking staircase. Very poor design. So people like me who is ** years and who had a heart surgery there is no option but to climb stairs to go out of hotel.
b. At level * one can go out of hotel but one has to climb a steep ramp.
d. hotel do have a lift but to out one has to take a staircase.
*. PATH LEADING OUT OF HOTEL
a. It is very narrow
b. In case of fire can lead to stamped
c. There is NO fire exit sign
d. The design of the exit is very poorly visualized. I wonder how such hotel gets approved for stay. As it poses a serious threat to the inmates.
e. There are electrical main switches
*. BREAKFAST
a. There is no restaurant/ cooking facility in hotel, one way it is good because it increases the possibility of fore
b. The food is made elsewhere and brought to dining facility at floor *.
c. The food is cold and monotonous and not claimed to be continental as claimed
d. The food is spicy and not very good quality
e. Breakfast is included in stay.
In view of above , may I know how such serious case of fire safety protocols has been overlooked while approving thi property for stay as a hotel accommodation.
f. I feel it is a serious case need to looked into and kindly take appropriate action.
I am a person (** years old) who had undergone a heart surgery recently and my wife ** years who had developed inflammation in knee had a difficult times when ever we go out as always one has to take stairs.
* TARRIF RELATED ( Confirmation number: **********)
a. I booked the accommodation from *.*.**** check in and *.*.**** checkout
b. The tariff ₹ *,***.** + ***.** (**% GST) to a total of ****.** for * nights
c. Later I modified my plan to check in on *.*.**** and checkout on *.*.**** for * nights
d. I got a confirmation email on *.*.**** with following details :
Standard ₹ *,***.** ** % Goods & services tax is included. ₹ ***.** Total price ₹ *,***.**
a. We paid ₹ **** at the time of check in on *.***** as advance
b. At the times of checkout the tariff was ₹**** and we had to pay ₹**** instead of ₹****
c. We called OYO office asked for this discrepancy but Customer service executive and related Sr.Floor Manager could not solve my problem and could give us clarification.
