Dunzo bangalore - ERROR OF DUNZO RIDER LEADING TO DAMAGE TO MY CAR

This is Amitha Raj. I am a customer of Dunzo but I am writing this mail to you to notify you of the poor riding of your employee which has led to the damage of my new car. This incident occurred today **th Sept, at around *.**pm at Mekri circle underpass, where your employee was riding his bike in the middle of the open road and suddenly swerved to the right while I was overtaking him. This caused a deep scratch from the petrol tank till the back door handle of my car. I managed to take a picture of him but it is not clear (since I was driving), however I know it was a old red motorbike with number ending was **** (I think -KA-** EXT ****) and the rider was Muslim sporting a long beard. I have attached the pictures. He in-turn yelled and abused me in public using muslim slang abuses and names and refused to acknowledge his mistake.

He had no sense of any traffic rules, driving in the middle of the road and swerving suddenly in a busy road is asking for trouble. Moreover, he is using abusive language in the middle of the road wearing a Dunzo uniform. I need you to reply to this mail and take action against this employee. I am a senior HR professional myself and this type of behaviour is unacceptable and strictly punishable. There will be more complaints on him I am sure. Moreover, I now have a deep scratch on my new car SOLELY due to his negligence. What action can be taken to rectify this ? Please respond to this earliest, I need a redressal.
