PLANET SPARK - Enrollment cancellation

on **th July I had enrolled Plant Spark for my son Hriday for public speaking.
As per agreement with POC - Shubhi Tripathi (shubhi.tripathi@planetspark.in) free Demo session teacher with my son then we select teacher for ** month / *** session.
There are * demo session with different teacher after enrollment but my son not comfortable.
so as per agreement we can cancel enrollment before ** live class but we dont have any live call or login credential.
Still not selected teacher in demo session for next step.
I had requested to cancel enrolment but they said customer needs to read terms and condition plant spark site.
I checked there is no such information on planetspark site for enrollment cancellation if they dont have any live class.
