HYUNDAI - Engine Problem

I bought my hyundai creta from triumph hyundai faridabad, three years back.
My car registration number is HR **P ****.
I've done all its services from hyundai car service center only that is located in faridabad and bhiwani.
I've travelled approx ***** km.On my last service, service center engineer told me that their is no engine oil in my car. I was very surprised as all services have been done on regular basis, than how can it be possible?
Now, I am unable to find out that either triumph hyundai faridabad missed engine oil during service or there is some defect in my car's engine. Pls help
