I ordered an wrist watch from Myntra and the mode of payment was COD. When the item arrived at my place, I made payment to the delivery boy and as soon as delivery boy left, I opened the box, but to my utter dismay, the delivered item box was empty. I called back delivery boy quickly. He came back but said I should complain to Myntra call centre. I registered the complain with Myntra call centre and requested the seller details but they denied me seller details.
Myntra customer care said they have shipped the item properly and closed my complaint.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
