Amazon.in - Empty packet was delivered instead of baby stroller

Amazon you have sent me this empty carbords in the packet instead of baby stroller costing **** which I paid thru netbanking.So basically this mental harrasment to a customer when your customer suport says they cant help , investigating team says no refunds , social msdia team says product is delivered intact so no refunds , this means you are putting elegations on your customer that customer is lying . Let your investigating team make me prove that you can put such a big stroller in this small packet and what kind of joke they are doing with me delivery this shit to me in **** Rs . Your customer care team , sm team ,investigating teams are useless. I dont what joke did investigating team has done as Customer was never a part of their investigation and report is closed .Let your customers know how you are fooling people .Give me the name of the investigating person who can fit the stroller in small packet and acc to whom we are lying that empty packet is delivered .I will take you to consumer forum. Even after giving all proofs I got below reply :
