I ordered a watch from Myntra from the brand Joker and Witch i received the package and opened it after an hour and to my surprise the box was empty there was no watch just the pillow case and a warranty card inside ....i tried calling their customer service which took me half an hour to connect to one of the customer service once it connected they kept putting me on hold and this went on for another **minutes then he put me on call with a senior executive who spoke to me but while i was explaining to him the issue he kept the phone aside and wasn't replying eventhough the call was on and later he just hung up on me since he knows there is no way i can call him and customers would not want to spend **mins just to get on a call with the customer service
