Tata Cliq App - Empty Package Delivered

This mail is in response to an issue that has not been resolved by the tata Cliq team. I Deev Mehta (Registered Mobile Number - ********** and email id - deevmehta**@gmail.com) has received an empty box of Titan Watch (Order ID- *********) delivered on **rd July ****. Due to the trust we have in the Tata Cliq Services, we didn't make any video during the opening of the parcel and that for us has been the point of utmost guilt because now we are hanging helpless as no one from their department is even bothered to resolve the pain that we are facing and indirectly quoting us "Cheats" as if we are narrating a false scenario just in order to get a refund.
We talked to the customer executives and even they felt that it is unfair being treated like this and it is undoubtedly a mental trauma for us when we know we are bonafide and innocent customers yet being treated as if we are the culprits. But their top CS Management Team is uncaring to even think from our angle because for them the sellers and delivery partners are righteous.

Even after requesting and pleading, the response we got is that our sellers and delivery partners have delivered the complete package so in a way your investigation concludes that as your partners are sinless then automatically we are the wrong ones. I can't even express the grief that is caused due to such uncanny attacks on our characters and the financial loss of Rs. **** is also big for a student like me.
