I received an empty package from Amazon on **th January, I had ordered a face serum worth Rs **** amd seller was beauty Hub.
I contacted the customer service and was told they have opened the investigation and will update us about it. ** days later I was told that investigation results prove I have well received the product in package. WTF amazon, I have been a loyal customer for so many years, I purchase goods worth *-* Lakh rupees every year and this how you treat us.
After several calls I have just been told that they could not help us any further because it’s just my word against theirs. I am so so disappointed and sad too, never expected this from Amazon.
