I booked product Philips trimmer which cost RS.****. I got empty box with invoice of that product. I contacted immediately Amazon customer representative, they said they r filing case again vendor. After few minutes customer representative call and saying that amount will refund. But I didn't receive.if call customer care also no one helping on this.please do the needful.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
