Flipkart - Empty box delivered by Flipkart amounting Rs 3582

I placed an order. After receiving my parcel I was astonished to saw there was no product inside the box. Then I placed a return and refund request but Flipkart cancelled the request. After cancelled my return request again I placed * times return requests as the money was prepaid but every time Flipkart cancelled it They even send the item from another seller than that was showing on the website. Mr Farooqui and Mr Dinesh misbehaved and done fraud with me every time they created requested and told me that they will give a resolution and whenever they ended the calls without any permission, I just came to know that my refund request was rejected during the call. Please help me with my money and refund. They cheated on me. They haven't sent products from the seller which I had seen while ordering. Even they doesn't want to give me the invoice before delivery but my order was prepaid. Everyone from their team doesn't tell me about their designation name and proper department. Those persons who were taking calls after my problem gave fake promises by saying you will get a resolution with **hrs. Please ensure a proper investigation again such kind of frauds. Even the seller who had sent it cant be connected from my end. I want my hard-earned money back in my bank account else they will again do this by saying they had credited to Flipkart

They are demanding my Id proof . I send return request many times ,they are rejecting the request every time without any resolution .They are delaying to resolve the issue . I asked all images from company ,but they denied to provide it .
I called company to provide him the proof of image that the product is in the box but no response from company for this matter.

Now they are demanding my identity proof, residence proof,aadhar card but uidai strictly restricted to share the details to any other.

Is it that my money will not be refunded and hard-earned amount will go in vain??
