Milkbasket - Eligible Cashback not received

I am from Hyderabad and using milk basket for around * months. * week back a ***% cash back offer for next * days pop-up on my MB application which had some limitation. I bought item as per terms and conditions and received the cash back.
The same offer has been given me all the weeks and I kept buying items recording the offer.
I have shared the evidence of offers for all the week over their application and written to email but no solution given me for last * week. They are either giving a missed call or disconnect the call if we receive. I also shared the alternate number but no calls till today.
It seems they have too much orders and want few customers to be disconnected.
Now I feel I should good bye MB and leave them to cheat many other customers.
