Angela Dsouza filed complaint against Msedcl on Mar 25, 2025
Meter was faulty and showing high readings from Oct **** .. Repeated complaints made and MSEDCL acknowledged and said Meter would be replaced. Then Officials called from MSEDCL asking us to buy the meter ourselves . When asked to put this in writing they sent immediate disconnection notice vide SMS and later Final notice for disconnection . Six months we get a call from Lines man that he has been asked to disconnect the Meter

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
