TDR Ref ***************. My ticket was confirmed from RAC prior to chart preparation. On *th July **** Train ***** was diverted between Panvel and Pune running **.* hours late. I did not travel due to this massive route diversion. I filed a valid TDR under Train diverted and passenger not travelled on *th July at **** PM (within * minutes of scheduled departure) fulfilling all IRCTC time guidelines.
The online status shows EDR Repudiate. The repudiation is an error caused by a chart-sync mismatch for a confirmed berth on a diverted rake. Please mandate a manual verification of the NTES train diversion logs for Train ***** on *th July **** and authorize the full fare refund of ***.** as per Extant Refund Rules.
