I ordered product in flipkart.
Product delivered by Ecom. But i received msg like
ACTION REQUIRED! The delivery attempt for your shipment with Tracking ID ********** has failed. To confirm delivery or to cancel the order, please click here: http://fkrt.it/P*u*yWuuuN .
Since I correctly give cancelled. But it was shown as refund accepted by flipkart.
But I got the Product. I already raised a complaint to flipkart about this issue.
Update from Flipkart Customer Service for [Incident: IN*******************]
But the Attur Ecom Hub delivery boy asking to return the product. Daily come to my home asking for the product.
Still I got the Product. It was not updated by Ecom delivery boy. Why I need return the product.
Please review this issue
