Ahalya filed complaint against Ecom Express Private Limited on Jan 3, 2020
I had a parcel from Club Factory which was supposed to be delivered by Ecom Express on **th December. I had given my office address for delivery and I was not in office on the day when I received a call from delivery boy for parcel delivery. Since I was not available to receive the parcel, I asked him to come on the next day. He agreed for that but he has changed the order status to Delivered.
I raised a complaint with Ecom Express on the same on **th December ****. They asked me to wait for * or * days.
Since then I have been calling Ecom Express customer service daily and they are giving me the assurance that it will be resolved in **hrs. But I do not see any action or any steps to resolve the complaint from Ecom Express.
The Tracking Number for the parcel in **********.
It was a pre paid order and I had spent *** Rs on the order. Ecom Express is showing irresponsibility on the customers hard earned money and they are giving false assurances and promises.
