My Order # is in the Ecom Express Delivery Center from **th Aug. I had earlier received a confirmation from the vendor that the order/shipment was dispatched via Ecom Express. Upon regularly checking ECom Express' website to track the AWB, finally on **th Aug ****, the status was updated as 'Out for Delivery'. Subsequently, around *:** PM IST, I had received an SMS containing a * digit code from ECom Express that the shipment from SHIPZONE was arriving the same day. However, in less than a hour from the time the SMS was received, I received a Whatsapp message from Ecom Express business account that I had refused to take the delivery of the package. This was absolutely wrong as no one from Ecom Express had contacted me. In the SMS a mobile # was mentioned and I had tried calling that #. However, it's been ** hours since then, no one had bothered to answer to my several calls nor they had returned my calls. There was another # from ECom Express from where I had received a call , but when I picked up the call, it was disconnected. I tried calling that # but it was out of service each time I had called that number. Ecom Express's customer care # is never working. I had even sent an email to their email address with the details and the issue that had happened, however, no response was provided from their end yet.
Since, afternoon on **th Aug, the status indicates "Attempt Restricted-OFD lock". I have no idea what this status mean and whether I will get the shipment anytime soon.
Till now nobody from Ecom Express called or came to deliver it. The order is still in the Delivery Center and OFD Lock is applied to the order. It is a Prepaid Order, so if you are not going to deliver it, please Cancel the Order and return it to the Supplier, so that I will get the Refund for the Order. If u don't want to cancel the order than deliver it today. Please help me to get the shipment delivered to my address asap.
