I have two tickets with easymytrip for indigo with Booking ID : EMT********, PNR TGMNUF and GINTFJ. Indigo have refunded ****/- for cancelled ticket TGMNUF and GINTFJ was added as credit shell. I have received ****/- but unbale to use GINTFJ credit shell and they claim to have refunded money and refer to **** refunded for TGMNUF as refund amount. I have sent multiple mail querying detailed refund amount for each PNR but they just always refer to same **** for both PNR with transection id. Itys been * months since i raised complaint. They have not addressed my complaint. Since indigo confirmed they have refunded money for TGMUF and added credit shell for GINTFJ, i should be able to book ticket with credit shell.
