Placed an order for * items. I received the item but it had only one item inside. One item worth Rs **** was not shipped/delivered. Asked the company to ship the item or refund money if they do not have stock. They asked me for a photograph of the package (FedEx) which was disposed of by my housekeeping. But they insist on seeing the package to indicate that FedEx person has stolen the item.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
