I ordered a raspberry pi * and found it didn't work as expected or the HDMI did not work and I filed for a item faulty ticket on their support page where it was clearly mentioned that any item filed under item faulty can be refunded if no longer needed if it is found working when tested at their end and as it happened they tested it found it working and as I no longer needed it asked for a refund and they refused it saying the package or the outer box is not in resellable condition .
