I had ordered a nextion touch display on ** October. I received the package a few days after ** October. I checked the display right away and got to know it is a fake as it could not load .tft files from the official nextion editor. I have been fighting with customer care as they do no want to help me. I have been assigned more than * people from robu.in to solve but apparently they don't want to give me my refund. They keep on postponing it.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
